Any persons connected to petwhispering.com are not psychotherapists nor hold degrees in veterinary medicine or psychology. petwhispering.com will not be held responsible for any referrals made. Regarding healthcare, illness or euthanization, the primary owner has full responsibility and decision making power. Your animal is in your care and is your full responsibility. petwhispering.com will not be held responsible.

petcharmings and Flower Essences
Your pet's safety is your full responsibility. petwhispering makes no claims regarding the powers of stones, gems, crystals and essences sold here. Contact a health care professional before using if you or your pet has a serious medical condition; in case of allergic reaction or skin irritation. Monitor petcharmings for your pets' safety. Do not put petcharmings into fish tank. Don't place within bird's reach.

Returns/Refunds
Once your petwhispering.com session has been completed, there are no refunds. A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged if cancellation is within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Allow 2 weeks for refund to process. Authorized returns only or exchanges of petcharmings will be accepted within 30 days.
